The #MyFavePharm Contest, sponsored by the Canadian Pharmacists Association (CPhA), is giving away two tablets — one for the winning pharmacist and one for the person who nominates them.

How to Enter the #MyFavePharm Contest
When you visit the nomination page, you will be asked to complete the following questions:
1. Who is your favourite pharmacy team member?

Pharmacy Appreciation Month is a national celebration recognizing the important role pharmacists and pharmacy teams play in patient care across Canada.
Who can enter the #MyFavePharm Contest?
Anyone who would like to recognize a pharmacist or pharmacy team member can submit a nomination through the official contest link.
What do winners receive?
The winning pharmacist and the person who nominates them will each receive a tablet prize, courtesy of the Canadian Pharmacists Association.
