Approximately ten years after it’s founding Shorewell expanded its services to include personal care homes and long-term care facilities. These core values have been the basis of NuCare Pharmacy Home Services, a pharmacy that is dedicated to providing services to personal care homes, assisted living facilities, retirement living homes, and group homes. We have invested in the development, training, and education of our staff as well as the latest technology to ensure optimal prescription processing and efficient medication administration for nursing staff. We are fortunate to have a quality and risk management consultant on staff who has 40 years of experience involving all sectors of the health care system. She has a PhD in Medicine with a focus on clinical safety. We have quick access to her expertise and can assist your facility with planning, policy development, accreditation requirements, and medication administration guidelines.
